The Node contract is the core component of NashPoint, representing an individual investment vehicle. It manages deposits, withdrawals, and asset allocations, implementing ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 standards. The contract also includes swing pricing mechanisms for liquidity management and allows flexible asset allocation across various DeFi and RWA opportunities.
The NodeFactory contract facilitates the permissionless creation of new Node instances. It allows asset managers to deploy customized investment nodes with specified parameters.
The Escrow contract is associated with each Node and manages the holding of shares and assets during withdrawal. It provides a secure intermediary step for asynchronous withdrawals.
